What we believe about the work
Ship to a real customer this week. Every change goes through a club that's running it on Monday. We don't have a "QA queue" insulated from impact.
Short feedback loops, full ownership. You own the thing end to end — design, build, ship, watch Sentry, follow up with the user. Small team, no hand-off layers.
Boring tools, sharp execution. React + Postgres + Stripe + good code review. The interesting problems aren't in the stack; they're in the domain.
Write the way you talk. PRs, commits, docs, emails — clarity over polish. If a real user couldn't follow it, rewrite it.
Remote, async, async, async. We default to writing instead of meetings. When we do meet, it's because the bandwidth is genuinely worth it.

You've worked in or around a club, gym, dance studio, or similar. You're the person new tenants trust when they're switching off a system that's lived in their bones for ten years.
Founding marketer / growth
You've taken a B2B SaaS from a couple of design partners to a durable inbound machine. Comfortable with SEO, content, paid, and partnerships. Care about category positioning more than vanity metrics.
Reseller / partner manager
You've run channel programs. You know how to find multi-location organizations and sports federations and turn them into long-term partners who win when we win.
