Club Central is opinionated about the integrations that matter: payments, email, voice, SMS, calendars, ads. We picked best-in-class vendors and wired them so you don't have to.

Payments

Money moves through Stripe Connect — per-tenant Stripe accounts means funds land with you directly, not pooled through us.

Stripe Connect — subscriptions, one-off charges, refunds

Per-tenant Stripe accounts. Cards, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Built-in Radar customer attachment to keep legitimate charges from getting bounced as bot traffic.

Stripe Radar — fraud prevention you don't manage

Risk scoring runs on every charge. Suspicious sessions get the 3DS challenge; everyone else sails through. You don't tune the rules.

Communication

Email, SMS, and voice — the three channels every club lives or dies on.

MailerSend — transactional + marketing email

Per-tenant sending domain. Receipts, password resets, broadcasts, surveys. Per-domain webhooks pipe delivery telemetry back so you see bounces in your Data Health dashboard.

Twilio — voice + SMS for the AI receptionist

Programmable voice via ConversationRelay for low-latency streaming. SMS through Messaging Services with per-use-case opt-in (TFV 30504 compliant).

Calendars + scheduling

Google Calendar — two-way sync (planned)

Push class slots and bookings into staff Google Calendars. Pull personal "out today" entries back. Currently scoped, on the near-term roadmap.

Marketing + acquisition

Facebook Lead Ads — HMAC-verified lead webhooks

Run a Facebook lead ad, the lead lands in your Club Central pipeline within seconds. Per-tenant secret, signature verification, raw-body capture.

Google Ads — lead-form extension webhooks

Same shape for Google Ads lead forms. Per-tenant key, mapped straight into the leads pipeline so attribution survives the handoff.

Trust + observability

hCaptcha — bot protection on public forms

Public registration, lead capture, and contact pages are hCaptcha-gated. We default to invisible challenges and escalate only when risk signals require it.

Sentry — real-time error monitoring

Frontend + backend + voice server all stream to Sentry. We see the breakage before your members see the support email.
