- Past-due reminders — escalating email nudges at 7, 15, and 30 days overdue.
- Late fees — configurable flat or percentage fees, with effective dates so you can announce the policy first.
- Autopay grace period — when a card declines, automatically retry over a few days (with member notifications) instead of failing immediately, which cuts down on involuntary churn.
