Clearer Invoices, Consistent Balances

First invoices itemize the registration fee, balances read the same everywhere, and refunds and cancellations travel together.A round of improvements to make the money side easier to read and easier to trust.
- Itemized first invoices. A new member's registration fee is now listed separately from their pro-rated first month of dues, so families see exactly what they're paying for.
- One balance, everywhere. What a family owes now comes from a single calculation used across their member page, their invoices, and your reports — so every screen tells the same story.
- Sharper aging. The accounts-receivable aging report is more precise, and now understands account-balance mode.
- Refunds and cancellations, together. Refund a charge and you're offered the matching cancellation; cancel a registration and you're offered to void its charge. Camps, clinics, and events all use the same flow.
