Incident Reports

When something happens on the floor, the record you keep matters — to the family, to your staff, and to your insurer.

Incident Reports give you a structured way to capture it, straight from the attendance screen or the athlete's page:

• Details that adapt to the incident — an injury asks different questions than a behavioral incident.
• Witnesses, the staff involved, and the athletes affected.
• Follow-ups and addenda, so the record grows as the story develops rather than being rewritten.
• Parent notification tracking — who was told, when, and by whom.
• Photo attachments, embedded right in the report.

Export any incident as a PDF for a parent, a doctor, or a claim. Serious incidents raise an alert so leadership hears about them immediately, and an admin report charts incidents over time so you can spot patterns before they repeat.
