Members Can Ask to Come Back

A former member can request reactivation and choose classes — and nothing is billed until your staff approve it.

Families leave and come back. That shouldn't require a phone call.

An inactive member can now request reactivation from their own profile, bringing their athletes with them and choosing the classes they'd like. Nothing happens automatically: the request lands in a Pending Reactivations queue for staff to review. Athletes stay pending and enrollments stay tentative until you approve — and only then is any billing generated.

You keep control of your roster and your money. The family just gets an easy way to raise their hand.
