Pro-Rated Billing When You Enroll Mid-Month

Enrolling a family halfway through a month shouldn't mean doing the math yourself, or charging them for weeks they've already missed.

Now when staff enroll or re-enroll an athlete, the platform offers a pro-rated invoice covering only the sessions genuinely remaining — counted on the real days that class meets, not a rough average. If the family also owes an annual fee, it's offered in the same prompt, on whatever cadence you've set.
