Introducing Vacation / Hold Mode

Put a membership or athlete on hold so a planned break never triggers absences, late fees, or deactivation.Families take breaks — a summer trip, a season in another activity, a few weeks off for an injury. Until now the platform had no idea, so a member on a planned break could quietly rack up "absent" marks. Vacation / Hold mode fixes that.
Put anyone on hold
From the Edit Membership or Edit Athlete page, set a start date and a return date. While the hold is active, the automations that would otherwise penalize them step aside.
Bill the way that fits your club
- Pause — no dues are generated for the break.
- Auto-mark — the month is recorded as handled at $0.
- Keep billing — the member is holding their spot, so dues continue as normal.
Vacation mode is off until you turn it on, under Settings → Automation.
