Waitlists That Promote Themselves

When a spot opens up, the next family should get it — automatically.

Now, when you raise a camp, clinic, or event's capacity, waitlisted registrants are promoted automatically, lowest waitlist position first, and the families are notified. No more manually working down a list.

We also added an alert that flags anyone left stranded on a waitlist while spots are actually open, so a misconfigured capacity never quietly costs you enrollments. And for the times you want to do it by hand, there's now a Promote button right on waitlisted registrations.
